Meet Our Team

Shaykh AbdulNasir Jangda

Founder & President of Qalam
Guides the Academy’s vision and mission, ensuring alignment with the Institute's commitment to accessible, high-quality Islamic education that transforms lives and strengthens communities. Also serves as a Senior Instructor at the Seminary and Academy and mentors support staff.

Ustadha Fatima Lette 

Associate Director of Education
Oversees the Academy's mission by managing high-level operations and supporting curriculum and instructional design. Also serves as an Instructor at the Seminary and Academy and mentors support staff.

Rabbia Razzaque

Head of Adult Education 
Leads the adult education program by designing courses tailored to the unique needs of adult learners. Oversees curriculum development and ensures instructional quality, fostering an accessible and enriching learning experience.

Ryma Mahouch

Programs & Resource Management 
Manages enrollment, registration, program resources, and logistics, ensuring students have the tools and support needed for a fulfilling learning experience at the Academy and for the broader institution.

Sanaa Boujarfaoui 

Assistant Project Manager 
Coordinates schedules, events, and student services- ensuring that the Academy maintains a supportive and enriching environment for students. She also serves as a Teaching Assistant at the Qalam Seminary for their Year 1 Program.
